If you answered yes to any of the above, you owe it to yourself to explore the INDEX Junior Technician Development Program (JTDP). Designed to help skilled individuals like you reach their full potential, this program streamlines the process of building a successful and profitable career in the manufacturing industry.

ayThe JTDP consists of up to a year of classroom and hands-on practical training conducted at our North American headquarters in Noblesville, Indiana and in customer facilities across the United States and Canada. As the capstone of our US curriculum, you’ll spend two months at our manufacturing facilities in Europe, working hand-in-hand with the technical experts responsible for INDEX's groundbreaking technologies.

Throughout the program, technicians earn a competitive wage and benefits including lodging, paid time off, 401K participation and health, life and disability insurance.

At the end of the program, participants graduate as Field Service Technicians and are assigned a specific territory. INDEX provides assistance with relocation costs if needed.
