Launch Your Career With an INDEX Apprenticeship

If you’re looking for a long-term, rewarding career that doesn’t require tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt, the INDEX Apprenticeship program may be the answer.

This newly launched program is based on the German model used by our parent company and follows the ICATT (Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training) format.

Requiring a total five-year commitment, our program begins with three years of a mix of classroom instruction and hands on experience. Apprentices are paid hourly throughout this period and all tuition costs are covered by INDEX. At the end of the initial three years, apprentices receive an internationally recognized associate’s degree and a Department-of-Labor-recognized journeyman’s certificate.

Upon completion of the program, participants receive a full-time job as an INDEX applications engineer. To ensure the financial viability of fully paying for the education of our apprentices, we ask each of them to make a two-year commitment to our applications department prior to entering the program.
